Duties include organising daily activities, planning cutting and saw line operations, managing stock levels and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in heavy engineering preparation and a minimum of two years’ team leadership experience.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the paint department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery requirements are consistently achieved. Duties include managing and motivating the team, coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ heavy industrial painting experience and a minimum of two years’ team leadership experience.

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the fabrication and welding department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery requirements are achieved. Duties include allocating work, monitoring weld quality against technical drawings and WPS requirements, coordinating workflow and maintaining high standards of health and safety. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience fabricating heavy steel products, with a minimum of two years’ supervisory experience and strong knowledge of WPS and technical drawings.
