Current Opportunities

Assembly Operative

A hands-on manufacturing role involving the assembly of manufactured products using hand and power tools. Working from basic engineering drawings and SOPs, you will be responsible for assembling products to the required quality standards while maintaining a safe, efficient and tidy working environment. Previous assembly or engineering experience is desirable, along with good attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Spray painter

Focuses on preparing and spray painting large-scale products to a high-quality finish. Duties include surface preparation, paint mixing, application, equipment maintenance and quality inspection. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ industrial spray painting experience, strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.

General Office Administrator

Provides vital support for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Duties include managing incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining spreadsheets and records, assisting with invoices and timesheets, and providing general administrative support across the business. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, professional and confident using Microsoft Excel and standard office systems.

Quality Inspector

Responsible for inspecting finished products against production drawings and quality standards. Duties include dimensional checks using precision measuring equipment, recording defects and working closely with the production team to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong drawing-reading skills and excellent attention to detail.

Operations Supervisor – Material Preparation

Responsible for overseeing the yard and material preparation team, ensuring raw materials and cut parts are processed and ready for production. Duties include organising daily activities, planning cutting and saw line operations, managing stock levels and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in heavy engineering preparation and a minimum of two years’ team leadership experience.

Paint Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the paint department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery requirements are consistently achieved. Duties include managing and motivating the team, coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ heavy industrial painting experience and a minimum of two years’ team leadership experience.

Fabrication Supervisor

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the fabrication and welding department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery requirements are achieved. Duties include allocating work, monitoring weld quality against technical drawings and WPS requirements, coordinating workflow and maintaining high standards of health and safety. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience fabricating heavy steel products, with a minimum of two years’ supervisory experience and strong knowledge of WPS and technical drawings.
