Over the past three decades, Maine has gone from strength to strength and is now able to offer considerable and comprehensive sub-contract capabilities for engineering fabrication, surface finishing and product assembly throughout the UK and Ireland.

As market leaders within the powder coating and wet paint spraying industry, our capabilities have been further enhanced by in-house fabrication and assembly teams. This has enabled us to provide and an inclusive and streamlined service for our customers, helping to make their job that little bit easier. Spread across our four production sites, Maine operates to the highest levels of internal and external quality standards to ensure that our services and deliveries meet your needs.

As a strategic supply chain partner to the aerospace, automotive, construction, materials handling, oil/gas and renewable energy sectors MAINE are keenly aware of the demands required for the professional delivery of your products to your facilities at a timescale of your choosing.

Our focus has always been and will continue to be on our clients and we take great pride in our work and offer flexible and responsive customer service which gives our clients and ourselves peace of mind. This focus on excellence is particularly critical given that many of the parts and assemblies which we fabricate and/or coat are destined for export markets, often for use in demanding operating environments.

Corporate social environmental responsibility

We take great care in limiting the impact that we have on the planet and for us, the environment is at the heart of what we do, and we therefore always ensure that it’s a consideration every stage of our processes. It’s for this reason that we have introduced a number of projects that are aimed at ensuring we combine client satisfaction with a responsible approach towards the environment.

We have achieved ISO 14001:2004 which sets out the criteria for an environmental management system. By integrating ISO 14001:2004 Maine Surface Finishing provides assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved.

Sponsoring local talent

Over recent years, Maine has become known for its sponsorship of FC Windyhall and we were excited to have played a part over the course of their 2014/15 season and wish them every success on and off the field in Division 1.

We are proud of this continued sponsorship and are delighted that this will continue over the course of the new season, with our name still to be displayed on the new kit, bags and balls of the team.
